We are pleased to announce that the Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On has graduated from beta status and is now an official v1.0 release. The Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On allows you to leverage Zapier to integrate with over 200 different web services and counting. Have a 3rd party service that you want to integrate Gravity Forms with and an Add-On does not yet exist? Zapier may be the answer.
With Zapier you can automate tasks between multiple online services and use Gravity Forms as the trigger. Gravity Forms will pass the data to Zapier and Zapier will process the information using any "Zaps" you have configured in Zapier. For example, add a lead to Salesforce and notify your sales team in a HipChat chat room at the same time. Zapier lets you automate all of these tasks and allows Gravity Forms to integrate with hundreds of services.
Is this a replacement for existing Gravity Forms Add-Ons that Zapier may integrate with? No. Zapier is one way integration, so any Add-Ons we provide for a specific 3rd party service will likely provide closer integration. However, Zapier is a powerful tool that allows you to integrate with a wide variety of services that currently do not integrate with Gravity Forms.
In order to use the Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On you must have a Zapier account. Zapier is a paid service and pricing is based on volume and usage. However, they do offer a Free plan so it's easy to sign up and try it out.

The Gravity Forms PayPal Payments Pro Add-On v1.0 Beta 1 is now available.
Not to be confused with the legacy PayPal Pro, this new Add-On allows you to accept payments via PayPal's newer PayPal Payments Pro payment processing service.
As new payment processing startups such a Stripe and WePay move in on PayPal's turf it has forced them to re-organize their product offerings which has caused fragmentation. What was previously known as PayPal Pro is not the same thing that is currently being marketed by PayPal as PayPal Payments Pro.
If you signed up for PayPal's "Pro" offering within the last year you likely have a newer PayPal Payments Pro account utilizing the Payflow API that this Add-On is designed to integrate with.
This has not been an easy transition for users or developers as the two products share similar names but use different API's as many of our users have come to discover. Development on the older legacy PayPal Pro Add-On has ceased and only bug fixes will be applied on our end going forward.

We are pleased to announce the beta 1 release of the Gravity Forms Coupons Add-On. This Add-On allows you to quickly add flate rate or percentage based coupon discounts to order forms created using Gravity Forms.
This has been one of the most highly requested features to use in combination with our Pricing Fields so we are pleased to finally make it available to our users.
Coupons currently allow you to select a flat amount (ex. $5.00 off) or apply a discount percentage. The coupon is then applied to the total of all Pricing Fields on the form. The discount applies to the entire form. It does not currently support product or option specific coupon usage. Much like coupons for shopping cart systems that apply to the entire shopping cart, the Coupon Add-On currently only supports coupons that apply to the overall total.
Coupons can be form specific or apply to all forms that utilize the Coupon Field. It's entirely up to you how you configure it.
Any coupons applied to a form then appear as line items in the entry details and the coupon(s) that was utilized will be reflected.
